Shipping

Policy

All orders are shipped out after the stated completion time of customization. Depending on location will determine the shipping speed. 

All orders ship Priority (3-5 business days) AFTER customization is complete.

We will provide an email update with your tracking number once the order is shipped. 

We are not responsible for any delays we can't control such as:

Weather, loss of package, or anything dealing with USPS. 

Refund & Exchange

All products are custom made. If anything is damaged or has issues in workmanship after quality check please send us an email and we will assist you right away. 

 

Refunds are not accepted. Exchanges may be made depending on the product and situation in which an exchange is requested. 

 

 

Please be sure to add EVERYTHING you wish to be on the product BEFORE order. Once the order is started changes will not be accepted. All sales are final. 

Warranty

All warranties on brand name products expire immediately after customization. If an issue with customization has occurred within 30 days of receiving the order, please contact us.
