All of our paint work is sealed with a varnish to protect the work during shipping and while on the shelf!

After we receive the print from our partnered companies, depending on the level of detail it can take us around 2-3 weeks to finalize a figure.

We can transform avatars from VRChat and other VR platforms into vibrant, hand painted figurines. Ensure you have the rights or permission to replicate the avatar.

Yes! We can print accessories like weapons, hats, glasses, etc. Include these details when you submit your model.

Discuss any modifications with us beforehand. We offer limited digital sculpting to tweak your model for optimal printing. Once an order is placed and approved- no adjustments are able to be made.

Contact us immediately if your figurine arrives damaged. While we're not responsible for shipping damages, we absolutely want to work with you on any options we can assist with.

Figures are shipped with protective custom sealed foam in our branded packaging. If a project contains small add on pieces some may be packaged separately for assembly.

Pre-made figures are MTO (made to order). This means the figures are pre-printed and in stock but require time for the artists to paint, seal, pack and ship them. This depends on work load and seasons. If you need a rush order- please contact us about our rush shipping options. Each figure will have an estimated time frame for completion below before ordering.
