1. Accounts serve to check order status on items placed and add new items to your cart for future purchases. Having an account has no higher benefits than others.

2. Private business accounts for partnerships are offered upon discussion for bulk ordering purposes. 

3. All products are covered by base warranties our company puts in place to ensure we can work with customers if things arrived in less condition than promised at OUR fault. Anything damaged or ruined after it leaves our facility is not in the fault of our company and could void any warranty promises. 

4. We own the rights to our brand name and characters custom created in our figure category. Legal action is taken if stolen or attempted to replicate. 

5. We hold the right to suspend or cancel member accounts for any means we see necessary- products can still be tracked by tracking numbers sent to emails 

6. Unless specified otherwise prior to placing the order, all projects can be showcased on our website or social media platforms for promotional use.

7. We hold the rights to change and modify Terms accordingly as the company grows
